Whitehall RFC Juniors: Policy
   
  The Club offers a range of sporting and fitness activities designed to encourage children and young people to develop and maintain their physical and mental capabilities.
   
  Rugby and rugby training is available for girls between the ages of 7yrs and 12yrs and for boys between the ages of 7yrs and 17yrs
   
  Weightlifting and Olympic Weightlifting is available for those of 10 yrs and upwards. The club has 20 fully qualified rugby trainers/coaches to level 1 standard as well as eight fully qualified weightlifting coaches which includes four qualified to teach Olympic weightlifting.
   
  In support of all these activities there are no fewer than 18 fully qualified First Aiders. The club has established its own recognised child protection policy, a copy of which may be obtained from the junior club officials. If you have any children who know who know of any young person who would be interested in any of these activities then please bring them along.
   
  Rugby Training: Sunday mornings, 10am to 12.30pm; Wednesdays, 7pm to 9pm
   
  Weights training: Mondays and Wednesdays, 7pm to 8.30pm
