Whitehall RFC Juniors: Constitution |

| |
The aim of the section shall be to promote
sporting and social activities for children and young people. |
| |
|
| |
The section shall be governed by, and
subject to the rules of Whitehall RFC. |
| |
|
| |
The section shall be managed on a day-to-day
basis by its own Committee, which shall consist of at least four
members who shall take the following positions: Chairman, Secretary,
Treasurer and Others. |

|
| |
The Chairman of the section shall be responsible
for conducting the meetings of the section. |
| |
|
| |
The secretary shall have a vote at the
meeting of Whitehall RFC and shall do so at his/her discretion for
the benefit of the Junior section. |
| |
|
| |
The secretary shall convene all meetings
and shall be responsible for the maintenance of all records relating
to correspondence and communications. |
| |
|
| |
The treasurer shall be responsible for
the maintenance of records of all income and expenditure of the Junior
section and to provide a yearly written statement of the section's
financial affairs. |

|
| |
The Section shall be empowered to maintain
a Bank and /or Building Society account for the purpose of receiving
any monies due. The Account(s) will be in the joint names of the
aforementioned officers, with at least any TWO of them being required
to withdraw any monies from the said Account(s) at any time. |
